County cable staff, under the direction of the Chief Administrative Office, monitors cable television companies operating in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.  They investigate subscriber complaints on issues ranging from quality of service to billing errors.  They also provide referrals to consumers living outside of County service areas.
