Lawsuits For Repayment Of Debts:
Party suing must list and explain all charges and payments made to the original amount (Code of Civil Procedure 116.222)
This new law requires the party suing for repayment of a debt to list and explain any fees or charges added to the original debt, as well as any payments made.
