Motor Vehicles: Car Buyers Bill Of Rights Excludes Recreational Vehicles

Civil Code Section 2982

The Car Buyer's Bill of Rights requires that contracts for used cars include a notice informing buyers of their right to buy an option to cancel the contract within 3 days.

This new law requires that the notice tell buyers that recreational vehicles are excluded from the contract cancellation option.
